Item		Item Purpose
Pirate Flag		Converts Treehouse to a Pirate Treehouse
Pumpkin		Allows you to have a Jack-o-Lantern (Halloween item)
Ball of String		Allows you to have Cobwebs (Halloween item)
Bonfire		Garden required - Guild Leader only. Allows you to burn lumber for guild double at an unknown rate which is not revealed until November 5th.
Fish		Allows you to build a pond (Purchased through Dungeon Shop after you have 10 or more Booby Prizes)
Cat		Randomly obtained while attacking Rat King (Guild Boss) or Christmas present drop
Seeds		Randomly obtained while attacking Ent (Guild Boss) or Christmas present drop
Area Boss Head</div>		Very small chance to take the head of an area boss with the killing blow, and you can show it off in your Trophy Room (Level 31 Construction). Each head gives 5% Heroism (doesn't show anywhere).
Tree		Grow a tree in your garden (requires Seeds)
Topiary		Grow a topiary in your garden (requires Seeds). Also +15 Health.
Shrubbery		Grow a shrubbery in your garden (requires Seeds)
Treehouse		Upgrade your Tree to a room of its own
Torch		+3 Accuracy
Blankets		+3 Evasion
Telescope
Pirate Treehouse		Upgrade your Treehouse to the epitome of treehouses (requires Pirate Flag drop from Talk Like A Pirate Day)
