I first met Lakshmi (real name Ellen) about eleven years ago playing Kingdoms of Camelot. A super area was formed and took in all the best players from every area. Once there, my old clan leader recruited me, and eventually Lakshmi. We were both made officers and met in chat. A player in clan began to harass her and I stepped in and ended it. She thanked me and a beautiful relationship began. Soon, the clan members were so busy chatting, even in officer chat, we were overwhelmed. She found some chat forum that started with a 'V'. I don't recall the site, but we would spend hours in it. After a while, she invited me to be friends with her on Facebook. After a few months, we moved to phone calls. This was a long-distance relationship from Indiana to Maine. Finally, I made the trip to Maine. After my truck broke down in New York state and acquiring a rental, I made it. It was love at first sight at a Rite Aid store in Maine. Shortly after I got home, we began discussing her moving to Indiana. She wanted to go to India first and I supported her. After an agonizing year of her being stuck in India, she made it home to me. We laughed every day, that's what I will miss more than anything. We could bring a smile to each other in the worst of times. I never got to say my goodbyes properly, but, I think she knows I think of her every day.
