Support Tickets are notices to mods (and passed up to Admins, if necessary) for game issues that have nothing to do with players or cannot be fixed with a Refresh of one's browser or following one of the steps listed under “Problem?!” in the upper right hand corner of the Lyrania Main Page.
Support Tickets are submitted via the Support page, located to the left of chat, underneath Unread Mail. Please try to include as much information in the support ticket as you possibly can, including what you were doing at the time the problem arose, and which browser you are using. Again, I wish to reinforce that this is not a complaint forum. If you have issues with a player, you can use the /ignore feature. If you have issues with the game that are not technical in issue, submit your question through the FAQ, found in the upper right-hand corner of the Lyrania Main Page. Once you submit a ticket for your real issue, it will be placed into a queue for any available mod to grab and attempt to sort out. If this is an issue they are familiar with or can resolve with the player, they will whisper the ticket-generating player and discuss with them the solution to their problem. However, if the problem is not something a mod can resolve, the ticket will then be forwarded to the Admin's queue to be taken care of.
Once the ticket is sent, the player can go back to the Support page at any time to check on the status of their problem. They will be able to see whether a mod is currently dealing with it, if an Admin has it, or if it has been resolved. If the player sees the status as resolved, they should then attempt to do whatever it was they had trouble with in the first place and verify their issue is no longer an issue, rather than incessantly bug a mod about their ticket. If their issue still doesn't appear to have been resolved correctly, then they can certainly ask a mod for further assistance.
