The Post Office is the mail hub of the game. Here you can send mail to all other members of the game.
The fee of most mail sent is 40c. Sending Raw Materials (Wildflowers, Chalk, Oxides, etc.), which are found doing Tradeskill jobs, are only 10c. However, these fees are removed when sending mails to your spouse.
The Post Office can also be used to trade items between players as an alternative to the market. This can be done in two ways:
The first method is to leave the 'Cash On Delivery' button unchecked. This method requires the receiver to 'Take' the item from the mail, but if they do not respond, you lose out. On to the more secure method of tradeā¦
The second method requires the 'Cash On Delivery' button to be checked. This gives the sender the ability to request the amount of money to be received in exchange for the item(s) sent. If the 'Cash On Delivery' mail is not accepted, it will be returned in 48 hours. If the message is deleted, the items will reappear in the mailbox, without a new mail alert. The items are required to be taken from the mail in order to pay the sender.
Only one type of an item is permitted to be sent in any post office transaction.
Items such as tokens, jade, resources, raw materials, currency, and individual types of gems can be sent in bulk; however, with items like jewellery and maps, only 1 will be sent per mail.
To send multiple of the same thing at once, such as maps, in the line to the addressee, you list the name repeatedly, with a comma and no spaces between.
Example: Keith,Keith,Keith,Keith,Keith
Note: This can not be used for Jewellery, as each individual piece of Jewellery has a different code attached to it.
