  - Black Market - Increases Gold Boost by 10%/level. Acts the same as the Treasury 
  - Carnival - Increases Global Drop boost by 10%/level. Acts the same as the Cathedral. 
  - Circus - Increases Stat Boost by 10%/level. Acts the same as the Training Grounds. 
  - Curiosity Fair - Increases Quest Boost by 10%/level. Acts the same as the Museum 
  - Guildfest - Increases Guild and Personal experience by 10%/level. Acts the same as the Library 
  - Trade Fair - Increases the amount of Tradeskills (Food, Mining, Stone, Wood) By 10% Per Level.

  - Antiquities Fair - Increases Archaeology by 10%/level. 
  - Archery Tournament - Increases Critical Hit Chance by 5%/level. 
  - Boss Fighting Academy - Increases Heroism by 10% (12.5% [?])/level. 
  - Leadership Seminar - Increases Leadership by 10%/level. 
  - Trinket Exhibition - Increases Jewelcrafting by 5%/level. 
  - Weapon Refinery Fair - Increases Critical Hit Damage by 5%/level. 
 
<fs medium>**__Miscellaneous Festivals__**</fs>
 
  - Armor Enhancing Fair - Increases Armor effectiveness by 2%/level. 
  - Blacksmithing Festival - Increases Weapon effectiveness by 2%/level. 
  - Crafts Fair - Reduces Construction time by 5%/level.

  - Boss Mastery I - 40,000 Research Points - 3 days - Increases the double gained from guild bosses by 5%/level. 
  - Boss Mastery II - 40,000 Research Points - 3 days - Increases the non-double payout of a guild boss by 5%/level. 
  - Boss Charming - 40,000 Research Points - 3 days - Reduces the cooldown for guild bosses by 15 minutes per level. 
  - Festival Grounds Expansion - 100,000 Research Points - 7 days (permanent increase) - Upgrade your Festival Grounds to hold more Festivals. 
  - Guild Portal - 2,500 Research Points - 1 day - Provides guild members free travel once per level per day.

All guilds automatically have one Festival slot to use. They will need to research at least one Festival to make it available to be called. Once a Festival is researched, it can be called in the Festival Grounds section of the guild. It does not cost any Research Points to call but does need to be called each day when the time runs out, else the bonus(es) aren't active. When a new Festival slot is bought, it is available for use immediately after purchase.
