Once the ticket is sent, the player can go back to the Support page at any time to check on the status of their problem. They will be able to see whether a mod is currently dealing with it, if an Admin has it, or if it has been resolved. If the player sees the status as resolved, they should then attempt to do whatever it was they had trouble with in the first place and verify their issue is no longer an issue, rather than incessantly bug a mod about their ticket. If their issue still doesn't appear to have been resolved correctly, then they can certainly ask a mod for further assistance.  Once the ticket is sent, the player can go back to the Support page at any time to check on the status of their problem.  +If a player has suggestions for improving the game or updating features, those should be placed in the "Suggestions" channel on Discord. Suggestions placed through the ticket system will be closed out and the player directed to use the Discord.
